My Review Of Open Road Acura of East Brunswick:

I have just took delivery of a 2013 TL SH-AWD from Open Road Acura East Brunswick, NJ. This is my second lease and my family's sixth vehicle purchase/lease from Open Road. All six times the sales staff has treated us professionally and courteously. The sales team is wonderful and lives up to every transaction from the price to the terms. Definitely stop in to buy/lease your next Acura. You will not be disappointed. Don't forget the service department. I have used them many times for routine service and never had an issue. Great people all around. Keep up the great reputation Open Road!!!

Michael Young and Cally Pivano were an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first moment I inquired about leasing a new vehicle at their dealership. They truly wanted to earn my business and I cannot say more about this dealership, and most importantly, Michael and Cally. It's a friendly environment and one without any pressure... very much consultative in nature and they ultimately want you to be happy when you walk out the door... what I can confirm is that I was thrilled with the price received on the vehicle and will definitely be going back when my wife is ready to lease a new vehicle.

My Review Of Open Road Acura of East Brunswick:

Usually auto purchases are an aggravating experience however Cally and Steve made the negotiation easy. Matteo made picking up of the car regarding paperwork very smooth and quick. An overall positive experience.

My Review of Open Road Acura of East Brunswick:
This is the second 2013 Acura RDX I purchased from Open Road Acura in the past three months. My salesman, Charlie Smith, in addition to being very knowledgeable about the vehicle, was very professional and considerate of my time throughout the buying process. Price negotiations were reasonable and fair and the delivery process was easy and convenient. I have been buying cars for many years and quickly realized that this dealership did not use the dubious tactics some other not so reputable dealers are known for. I highly recommend them for anyone who may be interested in an Acura.

My Review of Open Road Acura of East Brunswick:
My experience at East Brunswick was awesome, I just purchased my second TL from Melvin. Melvin service was top notched, their was no pressure sales tactic. I gave him a price and he came back with a hand shake to seal the deal. I was only their for 2 hours. Michael in the business office for finance was super easy. He asked me my driving habits and Michael presented the best options to purchase. If you got to East Brunswick ask for Melvin and Michael to handle everything. I did go to other dealers in New Jersey and New York hands down the buying experience was by far the best at East Brunswick.

In all the years and cars I have bought or leased(over 40 years) I never received the excellent work ethics that I received from Anthony Hayfieled. From start to finish Anthony provided to be a freindly and devoted salesman and an excellent representative for Open Road. He made the process very easy and worked to make the deal be completed on our terms and not on the dealerships. He took time and a hands on approach in describing every detail of how the car works. This was a first for us. I would recommend him highly as well at the Open Road Dealership.

Enjoyed the buying experience of my first Acura at Open Road Acura. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and responsive. I highly recommend John Genovese for his work ethics and people qualities, also Steve was a pleasure to work with. Overall it was no hassle, no pressure experience and a good price for a great car.
